Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any hijabs or undercaps. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining high health and safety standards for all our customers.

Colours may vary slightly between online images and the actual product due to differences in screen displays and lighting.

Return of faulty or damaged goods for the purpose of gaining a credit/refund is subject to evaluation depending on the condition of the goods. You may do so provided the goods are in their original condition, in the original packaging and proof of purchase is provided no later than 7 days from the original purchase date. All shipping costs will be additional charges at the customer’s expense.

Hijab Care Instructions

HAND WASH ONLY - to maintain the softness and longevity of your hijab, please hand wash it gently in cold water. Avoid using harsh detergents. Allow your hijab to air dry naturally.

Avoid Pins - to preserve the integrity of the fabric try not to use pins directly on the hijab. Instead consider magnet pins or wrap styles that don’t require pins to keep your hijab in place without causing any damage.

Ironing - iron your hijab on a low setting. Also recommend gently straightening the hijab around your face while on your head to achieve an effortless smooth look that frames your face nicely.

Abaya Care Instructions

To keep your abaya looking fresh, elegant, and long-lasting, we recommend the following care instructions.

• Washing in cold water for best results.
• If machine washing, use a delicate cycle with cold water.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Hang to air dry in the shade.
• Iron inside out on low to medium heat.
• Use a steamer for a smooth finish and to maintain the fabric texture.
